An Experience Design Practice

Aidez Moi Designs Founder Sinai Bebo in a white dress at a bar, showcasing experience design.

I grew up in a large, beautiful, multi-cultural family in a small town. At some point, my parents turned our family home into a large-scale event venue. We — the children and the children of the children — were the staff.

That's where I learned that a gathering doesn't happen by magic. Someone designs the flow. Someone reads the room. Someone makes the work invisible so everyone else gets to simply belong.

The tables were set. People arrived, connected, celebrated, and made memories. But there was so much more happening behind the scenes. The planning. The preparation. The coordination. The countless details required to make an experience feel effortless.

What started in that house  became a career. I spent years inside multifamily leasing and hospitality. A national President's Elite Club award winner, one of the top seven Leasing Professionals in the country. As a Manager, running and training teams, building the systems that turn a building full of strangers into a community people don't want to leave. Later, as an Operations Manager, earning Airbnb Superhost and Vrbo Premier Host status across short-term rental properties.

Each chapter taught me something different about people, spaces, logistics, and what makes an environment feel like somewhere you want to be. I learned that the principles are the same whether you're leasing a building, curating resident events, or hosting a hundred people at a table.

Eventually, those pieces came together as Aidez Moi Designs.

Aidez Moi (aid-eh-mwah), the hand I extend to you.  I am bougie, Black, strategic, protective, and deeply connected to the people and communities I build for. That's not a brand voice. That's the person running your project.

Why Aidez Moi Designs? Experience design options graphic.

And then spend your energy managing updates, reconciling visions, holding together vendors who don't share one.

Or you could bring it all together.

Aidez Moi Designs brings strategy, creative direction, hospitality, design, and production under one roof  — so the experience stays coherent from concept to the moment your guests walk in.
