Private Events & Tablescapes
For the host who knows exactly how the room should feel.
Private dining and tablescape design turn a gathering into something people remember for years. I handle the theme, the styling, the private-chef and vendor sourcing, and the full coordination of intimate dinners, milestones, luncheons, weddings, and galas. You host. I run the room.
The difference between a beautiful party and a beautiful party that runs well is invisible labor done by the right person. You recognize the weight of the logistics, even if guests only ever see the ease of the experience.

My credentials are built on six years of Black Boujie Brunch and a decade of private dining tables, weddings, galas, and intimate dinners across Denver and beyond. From the welcome table to the dining room to the post-dinner lounge, every styled surface of your event is mine to design and yours to enjoy.
Getting to sit at the table you curated.
01. The Setting
The foundation. You host. I set you up to host beautifully.
Styling, theme development, vendor lists, and the run-of-show, handed to you and your team to execute. The hardest part of hosting — knowing what to do and how — solved.
Best for: small gatherings — intimate dinners, milestone celebrations, small luncheons, baby and bridal showers, engagement parties, salons and curated dinners, cultural celebrations, and luxury picnics.
02. The Soirée
Designed and partially run. You host. I run the moving parts.
Everything in The Setting, plus I design and coordinate the vendors, the venue, and the on-day flow. You arrive as host, not as project manager. I handle the calls, the timeline, the vendor management, and the running of the evening.
Best for: executive luncheons, anniversary celebrations, donor dinners, intimate weddings, and refined product presentations.
03. The Production
Full production, multi-day or large-scale. I run it. You arrive.
The complete Aidez Moi production treatment. Concept to execution, vendor management, content capture, multi-day coordination, and the full team on-site. You arrive to a room that is already running.
